Saviour of gods, vanquisher of evil,
one and only last resort of the three worlds,
O Narayana, the string holder
of the perennial drama of
life with entire universe as
its stage, I humbly bow
before you; protect us all!
With these lines I want to introduce Dramatix club of MAPS
Drama/theatre is a most significant part of the cultural heritage of mankind. Recently UNESCO has recognised Kutiyattam style of theatre of Kerala as a masterpiece of tangible heritage of humanity and described it as an outstanding example of tradition based creation of a cltural community.
