Day 3 
During club period at MAPS, students actively participated in various athletic activities, including long jump and running. These sports help promote physical fitness and team spirit. Long jump fosters agility, balance, and strength, as students leap to cover impressive distances. Running, on the other hand, enhances endurance and cardiovascular health. Both activities encourage healthy competition and teamwork, as students train and compete together. These sports not only contribute to students’ physical well-being but also teach essential life skills, such as discipline and perseverance. MAPS’ club periods provide a platform for students to excel in athletics while enjoying a well-rounded education.
