Activity - Sash Making

The success of democracy largely depends on the participation of the voters in the election process. With this motto in the minds, the literacy club of Maharaja Agarsain Public School had organised the sash making activity on the theme 'we are smart voters'.

The election commission has been trying very hard to ensure free and fair elections. This activity taught the same to the students. The Constitution of India gives every adult (18 years or above of age) the right to chose representatives through the exercise of right to vote. There are no conditions attached to this right. 

The youth of our country are becoming smart and now they as  voters are not influenced by the politics of religion and caste. These things do not matter in the election process now. They choose representatives on basis of their capabilities and deeds. 

The student community, being young and energetic, are a bundle of inflammable material, which at theFire touch of a spark ignites into a large uncontrollable fire like forest fire. They, being young have no patience, are lively and malleable.
